Black Pepper, often referred as 'KING OF SPICE' is a well-known spice since ancient times. Black pepper powder is one of the most versatile spices used in virtually all kinds of savoury cooking. In order to keep its fragrance and flavour intact, it is just added at the last minute in the recipe. It can be used in the preparation of soups, barbecue sauces, pickling and as a main ingredient in variety of curry powders(Indian Garam Masala Powder).
